Travis Heights Dog Park: Riverside Dog Park
Riverside Dog Park is located at IH-35 and Riverside Drive. If your pup needs a fence, Riverside Dog Park is the place to go. During busy times, you’ll probably want to watch your dog a bit more closely as some of the dogs that visit often can be a tad aggressive.
Travis Heights Dog Park: Auditorium Shores
Located just off Barton Springs Road between S Lamar and Zilker Park, the Auditorium Shores Dog Park is a local favorite. Though this place has no fences, there is a large area for dogs to run and even play in Town Lake. Plus, owners have plenty of space to exercise themselves with the trail.
Travis Heights Dog Park: Zilker Park
With an off leash area, Zilker Park is another favorite stop for dogs. The leash free is the portion of Zilker Park bounded by Stratford Dr, Barton Springs Rd and Neff Rd the “Great Lawn” (formerly known as Park River Rd). There are no fences, but its a huge open space where dogs can run and play.
